Cork and Vincent McCabe, Buttevant refuting the allegation that Mr. McCabe was not wanted as Director of Elections in Mallow and stressing the nedd for restraint in travelling expenses. He cites the Cobh area which has "been fixed up WITHOUT ONE PENNY BEING SPENT ON CARS". 2pp
