B609/3/A/1 Cash Book, April 1898 to August 1917. This volume records dates and, on facing pages, balanced debits and credits for the same period. Typical amounts ‘To balance’ are barley and related sales, rents, and milk sales. Typical ‘By charges’ are salaries, lodgements, and payments to AGS.

B609/3/A/6 Bank Cash Book, January 1923 to October 1926. Similar format to above. The heading ‘Rosehill Cottage’ (a rental property) occurs.
B609/3/A/7 Received Cash Book, May 1925 to April 1932. Similar format and headings as previous volumes, but with final column headed ‘Lodged in bank’, recording date and amount of lodgements.
