Harvest Printouts, 1982-2002

Harvest Printouts, 1982 to 2002. Computer printouts of harvest information, covering most of the types of information recorded in the malting sub-sections above. Each printout contains several types of analysis. These include contract analysis by grain, control summaries, cheque auditing, and contract analysis by grower, grain intake analysis and listing, and season listing. The analyses are followed by general statements, statements of growers who’s grain was not accepted, and individual grower grain statements. These last form the largest component of each item. The analyses and statements record weighbridge, moisture, screenings, protein, and other information. They are given a distinct sub-section, even though they relate closely to the records contained in B609/D-H above, as they form a complete set of records in a different format to those listed above. The records for 1999 to 2002 [B609/2/K/18-22] differ from those for 1982 to 1998 in being comprised of individual grower statements, and other analyses, bound together in files, rather than as computer printouts. A small amount of correspondence also occurs on some of these files. They are nonetheless placed here as they seem to be a continuation of the same series, although containing fewer analyses and differing somewhat in format. Taken altogether, the records in this sub-section are regarded as records of the management of the harvest and of malting, not as purely financial records, and so are placed in section B609/2 rather than the financial section, B609/3, which follows.
