B609/7/C/2 Cereal Account Book, 1925 to 1930. The volume presents estimates followed by accounts for each year. These include accounts relating to crops, mainly barley, but also flax and oats. Sundries account, capital office upkeep (including wages) and cereal upkeep (threshing, cutting, drawing) also accounted for. The volume includes a ‘List of Cereals produced in 1926 and distributed in 1927 from Ballinacurra’. Inside the front cover is a statement of ‘Estimates of Receipts and Expenditure for Cereal Work at the Department’s Cereal Station, Ballinacurra, Co Cork, for the Year from 1 st April, 1927 to the 1 st April 1928’.

B609/7/C/4 Cereal Labour Account Book, September 1944 to March 1951. Account of labour costs, not a wage book as such.
B609/7/C/5 Cereal Account Book, 1951 to 1953. This volume contains no cereal sales accounts, but does account for sundry, capital, and running costs. Casual labour costs are accounted separately towards the back of the book.
