[tab]… I James Meagh fitz James of the Citty of Cork merchant do make and deliver this my last Will and testament in writing … I do make and constitute my beloved Cosin James Meagh fitz Patrick merchant now resident in Dublin my absolute and sole heire … all my reall estate in possession reversion or remayndr within the City and liberties of Corke aswell as within the towne and liberties of Kinsale … I do hereby devise and bequeath vnto my deare sister Margaret Meagh (whome I make my sole Executor) now wife to Phillip Haise … I doe further devise and bequeath vnto my said sister all my personnall estate be it in goods chattels rents etc. Signed: James Myagh.
