Recommends a conference of all the Gaelic Colleges, and circularising the syllabus to all the schools about sending teachers to Gaelic Colleges. The sale of Shiana (Seadna) should be encouraged in schools and after Mass in Irish speaking districts. Makes enquires about the College building.
