Title: MS. letter from Frank J Healy, Wilmount House, Healy’s Road, Queenstown, to ‘Dear Sir’, JJ O’Leary, concerns Leary’s request to act as counsel in his case. He has communicated with Edward Fitzgerald. He is a very old member of the Gaelic League, elected in 1894 on proposal of Michael Cusack the founder of the GAA. Refers to his last client who was shot following a drum head court-martial, west Cork elections. He feels owing to martial law his appearance would be of no benefit to the client.
