Scope and Content: Includes (for example): (2 Jan 1901) Preliminary meeting held at No.3 Marlboro Street, Robert Fitzgerald, Con Cronin, Terence MacSwiney, Donal Hegarty and Liam de Róiste in attendance to establish the Cumann na Gael Cork Celtic Literary Society Branch. (4 Jan 1901) objects of society are to strive for the establishment of an Irish Republic by adopting and propagating the principles of the United Irishmen, by striving for the restoration of the national language and through the study and teaching of Irish History. All other objects as per national organisation. (2 March 1902) Maud Gonne elected president and Major John McBride vice president, Liam de Róiste elected secretary and treasurer.
