Scope and Content: Gives motto 'For Christ the King'. Lists 4 General Purposes, such as 'to combat all anti- Christian tendencies'. 4 points of Organisation, such as, 'Parish Committees: In country parishes, where no confraternities exist, parish committees to be elected at public meeting of parishioners' and such as 'National Directorate: To be formed of representatives from Diocesan Directorates...'. Notes 'care to be taken' in setting up of all committees that 'no sectionalism' appears. Also notes that, 'If considered desirable by the Hierarchy, parish priests....to have option of nominating one or two persons...', and the same for the Bishop, the Primate and the Hierarchy. A women’s organisation is also to be set up 'on the same lines, separately'.
