Title: Series of MS. letters from Thomas P. Waters, Haulbowline, Cobh, to Liam de Róiste. (18 Nov 1926) Wonders if ‘we unfortunate soldiers be ever begging’. Has a claim in with the land commission for land near Midleton, asks for De Róiste's influence. (16 Feb 1927) Refers to the ‘old Sinn Féin policy’. Says De Róiste’s ‘type is badly needed’ in ‘public life.’ He wrote to JJ Walsh about a job in the new broadcasting station. (3pp). (18 Feb 1927) Thanks de Róiste for his letter.
