Calls for an effective scheme of National Defence. (1p) 2. 21 Jan 1922 To Alderman Liam de Róiste asking him to bring certain matters before the members of the Provisional Government, including removal of plant by the British from Haulbowline Dockyard, and pilotage bye-laws agreed with Board of Trade.
