Title: TS. Letter from Maurice Moore to Liam de Róiste and all members of Dáil Éireann enclosing a list of Irish prisoners in English jails. Views their detention as a breach of the spirit of the Treaty. The majority of the prisoners are from his ‘own regiment the Connaught Rangers,’ who ‘laid down their arms on parade in India and refused to serve on account of the treatment meted out to Ireland.’ The list records the prisoner’s name, age, sentence and prison.
