Scope and Content: 'What the Peace Treaty gives Ireland...' lists 17 things including , 1 parliament, an executive government, democratic control, power to make laws, and Irish legal system, and Irish army, right to build and Irish Navy, an Irish police force, control of education, freedom to promote Irish language and culture, a national flag, freedom of opinion, fiscal freedom, control of land systems, power to develop resources and industry, a democratic constitution, an Irish State. 'Dublin Castle has fallen. British bureaucracy is in the dust. Is this Victory or Defeat? You can grasp the victory by voting for the pro-Treaty republican candidates....'.
