TRANSLATION AND TRANSCRIPT:
'Dear Liam,
I have arranged with Traolach to visit the bishop tomorrow along with yourself and Dowdall.
I asked him to be at the Bishop’s Palace about four o’ clock. I’ll speak to Dowdall again in the morning. Come out on the train.
