Scope and Content: 'The Irish Parliamentary Party are, nominally, opposed to the Act of Union of 1800....Attendance at Westminster acknowledges the Act of Union, and the right of the English Government to make laws for Ireland'. Accuses the IPP of creating 'disunion of Irishmen By the substitution of class, creed and party politics for Nationalism. It has been unable to obtain Home Rule, prevent taxation, prevent emigration, to prevent the Army Billeting Act. 'The alternative is - Sinn Féin'.
