Resolution that 'we the Citizens of Cork assembled in Mass Meeting solemnly protest against the proposal of the British Government to impose Conscription on the Irish Nation in defiance of the will of the Irish People', proposed by His Lordship the Bishop, JJ Walsh and William O'Connor Solr. Also pledge to abide by decision of 'the leaders of the Irish Race embodying all shades of National and Labour opinion in Conference. Proposed by Liam de Róiste, Conor Murphy/JJ Horgan TC, Fr. Thomas, Alderman JC Forde.
