Sends on enclosures and gives the background of each of the signatories, including Professor Magennis, Professor Donovan, James MacNeill, Alec Wilson, Dr. Douglas Hyde, Alice Stopford Green, PW Kenny, Edward Lysaght, George Crosbie, JJ Horgan, Lorcan Sherlock. Refers to the 'Magna Charta philosophy' and an 'International Magna Charta' and 'New World Philosophy' in the form of a projected League of Nations.

Scope and Content: He published De Róiste’s letter on national unity last week. They ‘have been hit hard here,’ their manager in Cork Gaol, and they are ‘wondering who will be included in the next batch.’ Tadhg Barry, a weekly contributor, has now dropped out and ‘Neath Shandon Steeple’ notes ‘go by the board.’ Asks de Róiste to do something to supply the want, as suggested by the Directors. Things are moving very rapidly.
